Hi I’m Mk! Nice to meet you <2

As a Queer Filipino-Chinese American based in San Francisco, colors and culture has always been a big part of who I am and what I want to bring into the world. Too long has the monochromatic dullness of corporate capitalism scrub the world of its collective beauty, it’s time to bring back living in color! This has led me not only enjoy, but now have the honor to be a part of art and artist communities, something I truly believe holds up that beauty in a way that no mega corporation could ever achieve.

My little world: "mkxtea" was born out of a desire to bring that little burst of joy that comes with owning unique trinkets and doodads in your everyday life. I want people to be able to hold my pieces in their palm or see it peeking out on their desk and smile. The name itself is inspired by my love for drinking tea and feeling the warmth from the cup wrap itself around my palms when I hold it. That feeling of joy of being able to hold something so lovely so closely. That is what these are made for.

(hehe if u made it this far here are some fun facts about me: I love gambling in the form of claw machines and gashapons, I love pink pokemon, I'll spend money at art marts like the universe will end if I don’t, and I am surprisingly not yet a cat owner despite how much cat things I make)
